This Privacy Policy explains how Don't Touch: Phone Alarm collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the mobile app and related services (the "Service").
The app is designed to protect your device. Most security settings stay on your device. Some purchase and app-operation data may be processed by Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers needed to run the Service.
We collect the information needed to provide device protection, alarm, purchase, and support features. Depending on which features you use, this may include:
We use information to:
Many app settings are stored locally on your device through iOS storage such as UserDefaults, Keychain, and app group storage used by app extensions. Local data may remain on your device until you change settings, delete the data, or uninstall the app.
Face ID and Touch ID are handled by iOS. We do not receive your face scan, fingerprint, biometric template, or Apple Account credentials.
The app asks for sensitive permissions only when needed for app features:
Used for supported security photo or flashlight features. Do not enable these features on a device you are not authorized to protect.
Used to detect claps, whistles, or sound patterns while a sound-based feature is active. The app does not use microphone access for advertising.
Used to detect movement, pocket state, or touch-related activity for alarm features.
Used to alert you about armed features, security events, and app status when notifications are enabled.
The Service may use third-party tools and platform services to operate purchases, billing, subscriptions, diagnostics, analytics, hosting, support, or app distribution. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use camera, microphone, passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or motion data for third-party advertising profiling.
If the app encounters an error, we or our service providers may collect diagnostic information such as device type, operating system version, app version, the time and date of the event, crash information, performance data, and other technical statistics. This information is used to maintain and improve the Service.
The mobile app does not use browser cookies directly. Policy pages, support pages, third-party links, App Store services, payment systems, analytics, or hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies.
We may share information with service providers that help operate the Service, process purchases, provide diagnostics, host pages, or respond to support. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer.
Service providers are authorized to use information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their own legal obligations and policies.
Local app settings remain on your device until you change them, reset them, or delete the app. Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, and us as needed for entitlement verification, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance. Support emails may be retained as long as needed to resolve requests and maintain records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including Apple platform protections such as Keychain for passcode storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not operate those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
