Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Don't Touch: Phone Alarm, the mobile app, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Don't Touch: Phone Alarm provides phone protection tools such as alarm sounds, touch and motion alerts, passcode protection, battery and charging alerts, Apple Watch controls, Control Center controls, and optional premium features.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable rules.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using the Service only on devices you own or are authorized to protect. You are also responsible for keeping your device, passcode, Apple Account, biometric settings, notification settings, microphone permissions, and network access secure.

Do not use the Service to harass, monitor, alarm, record, or interfere with another person or their device without permission. Some features may not work if the device is powered off, out of battery, force-quit, missing required permissions, or restricted by iOS background behavior.

4. Premium Plans and Subscription

The app may offer free features and optional premium access purchased through the Apple App Store. Premium may unlock features such as unlimited alarm sounds, all alert types, no ad interruptions, and thief-face capture where supported by the device and permissions.

  • Weekly โ€” USD $2.99 per week, auto-renewing unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Monthly โ€” USD $9.99 per month, auto-renewing unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Lifetime โ€” USD $24.99 one-time purchase for lifetime premium access to the app, subject to app availability and these Terms.

These listed prices are the United States storefront prices. Prices in other countries or regions may vary by currency, taxes, App Store price tiers, exchange rates, and local requirements. The final price, currency, billing interval, taxes, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's policies.

5. Subscription Cancellation Process

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed by Apple. Canceling stops future renewals. It does not normally refund the current paid period, and you may continue to have access until the end of that period.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top of Settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Don't Touch: Phone Alarm or the subscription you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you do not see a cancel button, the subscription may already be canceled or expired.

You can also visit account.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and follow Apple's subscription management steps. If you cannot find the subscription, check your Apple receipt to confirm which Apple Account made the purchase.

6. App Store Terms

If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no maintenance or support obligation for the app. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, reverse engineer the app, extract source code, bypass payment or entitlement systems, misuse security features, remove proprietary notices, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services and platform features, including Apple services, StoreKit, App Store billing, RevenueCat purchase infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, or other service providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, AVAILABLE ON EVERY DEVICE, OR ABLE TO PREVENT EVERY SECURITY INCIDENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE ACCESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR SECURITY OUTCOMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, your misuse of any alarm or protection feature, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service by deleting the app. When access ends, the rights granted to you under these Terms also end.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
